MadeleinePORTWOODPeacefully on February 16th, after a long illness at St Teresa's Hospice, Darlington. Madeleine Mary, aged 63 years, beloved wife of John and devoted mother of Nicholas. Her life has made, and continues to make, a difference to thousands of children in the North-East, throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide. The funeral will be held in St Thomas of Canterbury Church, Wolsingham on Tuesday 5th March at 11-00am followed by interment in the Churchyard. All welcome for refreshments in Wolsingham Masonic Hall afterwards.
