Funeral Service to be held on Friday 10th July at Chanterlands Crematorium ( Large Chapel) at 1.30pm.

Family Flowers only please, but donations may be left at the service for Dove House.

All welcome afterwards at Garbutts, Princes Avenue, Hull, HU5 3QG

Our beautiful mum, me and our Alex love and miss you everyday and I will continue to fight for you. Get ready for the 10th July it will be the best send off hull has ever seen. We love you so much and we know you are with us all the time xxx

Deepest sympathy to Pat's'family. I had the pleasure of working with her at David Lister School and she was a good laugh and very supportive with the pupils in both the classroom and around the school.
