GrahamJOHNSONGraham passed away peacefully, at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, on Wednesday, 27th November 2024, aged 80 years, following a short illness. Of Rhos on Sea.
Graham was the much loved husband of Claire. He will missed by his friends and those who knew him.
Graham's funeral service will take place on Friday, 13th December 2024 at 1pm at Bron-y-Nant chapel followed by burial in Bron-y-Nant Cemetery. If you wish to make a donation in memory of Graham they will be gratefully accepted towards Welsh Mountain Zoo.
