HazelSHAWOn 19th August, 2016 Peacefully in Kirkwood Hospice, Hazel aged 63 years of Holmfirth. The dearly loved wife of Jon and a much loved mum of Leanne, Lucy and Janet. Funeral service and cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday September 5th at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if wished may be given for Kirkwood Hospice c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth HD9 6AA or a donation box will be available at the service.
