Grateful thanks to the Doctors and staff at HRI, LGI the Palliative Care Team and all at Alwoodleigh Nursing Home for their kindness, support and attention given to Stephen. Also, to Dean Henry Stapleton for his visits, kind words and comforting service and to Gwen at Radcliffe Funeral Service for all her help and support with the funeral arrangements.
