DavidHOWELLRita, Elaine and families wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours and the brethren of The Lodge of Peace, Meltham for kind expressions of sympathy, letters, cards and beautiful flowers received in their recent sad bereavement. The presence of so many at David's funeral was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the donations given for Help for Heroes and the Masonic Samaritans. Grateful thanks to the Ambulance Service, The Doctors and Nurses in A&E at H.R.I. Kirkwood Hospice, Dr. D. Oliver and staff especially Tracy and Dr. P. Faulkner (Retired) Golcar, for the exceptional care given to David. Also to Stuart Paterson for his visit, kind words and comforting service, Sam and Paul at The Travellers Rest, Brockholes for the fabulous buffet and Gwen and Andrew at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their caring and professional funeral arrangements.
