CliveWAINDJennie, Graeme, Kathryn and Stephen wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours, all at All Hallows' and St Lucius' Churches, the choir and clergy for the kind expressions of sympathy, letters, cards and beautiful flowers received in their recent sad loss of a much loved husband and dad. The presence of so many at Church was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the donations given for Guide Dogs for the Blind. Grateful thanks are extended to Dr A Fowler and all at Honley surgery, the Doctors and staff at Calderdale Royal Hospital and Ward 13 at H R I for all their care, kindness and attention. Special thanks to our great friend Rev David Barnes for his friendship and support, and for his kind words and most wonderful service and tribute to Clive.
