MalcolmFIRTHStephen, Melanie and families would like to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence and donations received for Yorkshire Cancer Research in their sad loss of a much loved dad, grandad and great grandad. Grateful thanks to the nurses on Ward 12 at HRI, Dr Nazareth and Lisa and Ann the carers for all their support. Special thanks to Christine Freeman for her wonderful service which was greatly appreciated by all the family and to all at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their wonderful attention to detail with the funeral arrangements.
