Dorothy AnneSMYTHMichael, Linda, Michael, David and family wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received in their recent sad bereavement. Grateful thanks to all her many friends who came to the Service and for the donations given for Kirkwood Hospice. Thanks also to the doctors and staff on Ward 12 H.R.I. and the staff on the Macmillan Ward in Calderdale for all their care, kindness and attention shown to Dorothy over the past 18 months. Thanks also to Rev. Christine Shedd for her kind words and fitting Service and to Gwen and Andrew at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their help and support with the Funeral arrangements.
