Funeral service at St John's Church, Upper Denby on Wednesday April 20th at 12.30pm, followed by cremation at Grenoside Crematorium North Chapel at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if wished, may be given for the Cardiology Department Trust Fund (Device Team) at H.R.I. c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth HD9 6AA, or a donation box will be available at the service.
