Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 aged 92 years.

Loving Dad to Richard and Kim, Kevin and Brenda. Grandad, Great Grandad, and Great Great Grandad.

Sam's Funeral Service will be held at Loughborough Crematorium on Tuesday 20th May at 10.15am.

No flowers by request, donations if so desired to Alzheimer's Society.
