DavidKAYEW Joanne, Jonjo and Harvey sincerely thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, many cards, letters, phone calls and very generous donations to the Greenlea Oncology Unit received in their sad loss. Special thanks to the Stoma Care Nurses, staff at Kirkwood Hospice, the Greenlea Oncology Unit and the District Nurses from Middletown Health Centre for their loving care and kindness shown throughout David's illness. Thanks also to Rev David Priestnall for his visits and moving tribute at the well attended funeral and Morley, Rhodes & Wainwright Funeral Directors, for their care and professionalism with the funeral arrangements. Our loss is so great.
