Philip MervynSMITHWe are very sad to announce that Phil passed away, aged 80 in the care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital on 4th July 2026.

He will be greatly missed by partner Pat, daughter Sarah, son-in-law Gareth and grandchildren Rhys and Betsy.

A private family celebration of Phil's life has taken place.

We would like to thank the staff of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital and Castle Hill for their care and compassion.
