Barry Eugene HarveyCLEEPassed away surrounded by his loved ones at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital on Monday 17th August 2026, aged 81 years. A wonderful father to Tara and Emma, adopted father to Becky and father in law to John, he is now reunited with his beloved wife, Christine. A friend to many, Barry will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Cremation service to take place at Markeaton Crematorium, on Friday 18th September at 1:30pm.

Family flowers only. If desired, donations for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (Wells-next-the Sea) may be left at the service or given online at www.wathalls.co.uk

So very sorry to hear about the loss of Barry. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the funeral.
In the early 1960’s, Barry and I shared a flat together in which we had unforgettable times and I have great memories to this day.
We were the boys! R.I.P.
