BenjaminSAMUELOn 5th June 2026, in the loving care of Rivelin Care Home, Cleethorpes, Dr Sam, aged 82 years, sadly passed away.

He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Service to be held at Grimsby Crematorium (Treasured Memories Chapel) on Thursday 9th July 2026, at 1.45pm.

Dr Sam is resting at Mashfords Funeral Home, Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes DN35 8BB where floral tributes will be received.
