David AntonyROOKWe are sad to share that David Antony Rook of Little Eaton, passed away suddenly on the 25th July 2026, aged 80 years.

Much loved Husband of 40 years to Sue, Dad to Simon, Sally, Sean and Tash. Grandad to Gabby, Leo, William and Alex, and Great Grandad to 7 Great Grandchildren. David was the backbone of the family and will be greatly missed by all.

The funeral service will be held at Saint Paul's Church in Little Eaton on Wednesday 2nd September at 12pm and all are welcome. Unit 4a Birchover Way, Park Farm Centre, Allestree, Derby DE22 2QN

Hello Sue, it’s Ian Ross, I’m not sure if you remember me. I worked with Dave for a few years at Royal Mail. I’m sorry to hear about your loss. Dave really was a good friend, always cheerful and good company. We spent many hours together. Denise and I send you our best wishes.
