I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Lynne, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Lynne was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of their family and friends. They will be missed. 

At Tŷ Hafan, the diagnosis of a life-shortening illness turns everyday life upside down for families, leaving them facing a future that is so different to the one they imagined. Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Lynne. I hope that gives you some comfort during this sad time.

Thank you for being the best nan and always making me laugh. I enjoyed our little jokes because you would always managed to make me laugh.

I remember when me and my sister, Ava had a sleepover at yours with the dogs Rex and Luna. We would wind you up and when you would shout at us we all would end up laughing.

I will cherish the memories we made at Christmas because you always made it special.

Thank you Nan for being you. You were a legend to me.

Rest in peace Nanny Lynne. We will miss you.
