TerryGRATTAGEJoan, Karen Jacky and family wish to thank relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations in memory of Terry. The family were overwhelmed by the large number of people who attended the service of Thanksgiving and celebration for the life of Terry, and of their generous donations. We would especially like to thank the nursing staff who cared for Terry at R.S.U.H. and The Douglas Macmillan Hospice. Thank you to S Sigley & Sons, Leek for all their assistance given with the funeral arrangements and Donna Lear who conducted the ceremony.
