DavidTAYLORCarol and family wish to express their grateful thanks for the support and kindness shown throughout David's illness and for the many cards and beautiful flowers received in their recent sad loss. The presence of so many at David's funeral service was a great support to us all and much appreciated as are the generous donations given for Leukaemia Research (Bloodwise). Special thanks to Michael for his wonderful eulogy and Sue and Janet for the readings and poem. Thanks are also extended to Dr Kelly and Dr Jain at St James' hospital Leeds, Dr Oo at HRI Haematology department and Dr Jindal at Speedwell and Longwood surgeries for their care, kindness and support. Thanks especially to Tracey for the wonderful buffet, Neil for the special beer in David's memory and all the team at the Dusty Miller and Jenny Gledhill for the beautiful flowers. Many thanks to Kirklees Highways for their support in making sure the roads were passable. Grateful thanks to Rev Martyn Crompton for his visit and lovely service and to Gwen and Andrew and all at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their help and professionalism.
