PeterBURNSPeter, 89, died suddenly but peacefully at Pendlebury Court Care Home, Glossop on 2nd August 2018. Previously of Marple and New Mills. He was much loved by all his family. He leaves wife Hilda, children Helen, Diana and Stephen, grandchildren Penny, Joe and Robbie and brother Roger. A true gentleman, Peter was a charming, sociable man who kept his sense of humour to the end. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends, particularly those from Birch Vale Cricket Club which he had been associated with for 7 decades. Service at 11.00 am on Friday, 10th August at St George's Church, New Mills.
