JamesCOOKBeloved husband to Kathleen (deceased). Devoted father to Kirsty, Katie, Emily and Nathan. Much loved brother to Tom, Joe, Pat and Marie. Grandfather to Ellis, Lyle and Marques. Passed away on 10th September, aged 67 years.

Jim will be sadly missed by his family and friends. The funeral for Jim will take place on Friday 29th September at 10am at Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium

Flowers welcome or donations can be made to Myton Hospice after the service.
