On behalf of the school community of St Guasacht's N.S. we offer our deepest sympathy to James's family-his wife Bridie, his daughters Bernie and Sheelagh and to all his family.
We had the pleasure of getting to know James when he returned to his home area and he asked to visit his former primary school. He had much love and regard for his home and school and St Guasacht's N.S. held a special place in his heart.
It was lovely to meet him and see the enjoyment he took from his visits to the school and the pride he felt at being asked to cut the ribbon at opening of the local Astroturf facility.
May his gentle soul rest in peace

Thinking of you today Bridie, Bernie and Sheelagh and all the family, Seamus was a lovely man with a kind and generous heart, always had time to chat with a great sense of humour. He was a great neighbour to my mother Margaret, he will be deeply missed by all that new him, God rest his soul, Margaret and Michael Clarke.
