Jonathan MarkDAVIES2nd December 2024. Peacefully in hospital, aged 37 years, of Groes, Denbigh.

Loved and sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at St Marcella's Parish Church, Denbigh on Thursday 12th December at 2:30pm, followed by interment at the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, but donations in Jonathan's memory will be gratefully received for Ward 45, Countess of Chester Hospital.
