Passed away peacefully on 13th October at Leckhampton Court Hospice.
Much loved Father to Rachael, Chris and Michelle. Loving Gramps to Courtney and Bailey. Great Gramps to Athena. Will be greatly missed by all family and friends.
Service will be held at Westerleigh Crematorium, Woodland Chapel on Thursday 14th November at 1pm.
Family flowers only but donations in lieu for Sue Ryder may be given on the day.
