Professor John Ashton C.B.E.DODGEof Gwehelog Peacefully on 7th December, in his 90th year. Dear husband of Mary and father of Sarah, Kate and the late David, much loved Gpa of six and Great Gpa of two, and brother to Geoffrey. Memorial service at St John's Church, Llandenny at 1pm on 29th December 2022. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers for Cystic Fibrosis Trust can be made at the service or sent c/o Tovey Bros 9/11 Cardiff Road Newport NP20 2EH

A life long inspiration, Prof cared for my husband with CF from an early age in The Royal Victoria Hospital for Sick Children. His expertise kept him living. Thank you for all that you have done for Cystic Fibrosis. A massive loss.
