Desmond WilfredEDWARDSDes Passed away suddenly with his family by his side on 20th December 2018 at Cheltenham General Hospital, aged 85. Formerly of Sandhurst and Longford. Dear husband of Sheila, Dad to Duncan and Sharon and father-in-law to Katrina and Tony. Dear Grandad to Stefan, Kerry, Lotty and partners. Dear Diddy to Hannah, Katie, Tom and partners Great Grandad to Matilda and Delta. The funeral service will take place at Gloucester Crematorium, on Thursday 17th January 2019, at 11:30am. All who knew Des are welcome. Family flowers only please, donations welcome to the Alzheimer's Society may be left in the collection box or sent to Co operative Funeralcare 60a St John's Avenue, Churchdown, Gloucester. GL3 2BX

So so sorry to hear this.. Unfortunately I am working on Thursday so will not be able to attend, but my thoughts will be with you all. Des was a super guy, and your whole family was so much part of my childhood...Love and prayers to you all.

Sorry to hear of the passing of my old friend Des, we were friends since Sandhurst days, and played cricket together for many years, he was always a good sport and gentleman with many talents, Condolences to Sheila and family.
