Barbara JoanFAULKNERPassed away on the 18th November 2016. Reunited with loving husband Den, much loved mum to Mark, Karen, Kim and Dean. Beloved Nan and Great Nan to 16 children. Funeral service will be held at Streetly Crematorium on Friday 2nd December 2016 at 2:15PM. If desired donations may be made payable to Birmingham Children's Hospital.
