Patricia GraceGRIFFITHSGRIFFITHS - PATRICIA GRACE, May 16, 2020. of Box Lane, Wrexham. Peacefully in her sleep after a short illness at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, aged 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Eryl Griffiths, much loved mum of David, Stephen and Emma, and mother-in-law to Craig and Diane. Proud grandmother to Helen, Christopher and Katie. Sadly, missed by her brother David and sister June and all her nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Sister-in-law to Blodwen, Gerry and John. Particularly missed by her many friends and neighbours. Pat had many achievements, in addition to raising a family; having successfully run a small soft furnishing business for over 35 years. Pat also contributed to the local community as an Acton Community Councillor and Chairperson of the Wrexham Conservative Women's' Association, being an active member for many years. A private family funeral will be held at Pentrebychan Crematorium. No flowers please, donations if desired, in memorial, to the British Heart Foundation. A Memorial Service and celebration of Pat's life will be held at a future date for wider family and friends. Special thanks extend to the Sisters & Nurses of Bersham Ward, who cared for mum in our absence and held her hand, providing loving assurance on our behalf. To the Rev'd Jonathan Smith our warm thanks for ministering at her bedside, preparing her to enter into God's kingdom.

Mum was the matriarch of the family and her sad loss will be deeply felt by all her family and friends. She loved her family and garden and this pictures captures both, celebrating her birthday last year, just as we are now celebrating her full and active life, with the World, a better place for her contribution.
