Devoted Husband to Marie, much loved Dad to Sam and Tom and a loving brother to Graham and Jon. Jeff will be sorely missed and forever remembered by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 7th March 2018 1.00pm at Prestatyn Parish Church followed by private committal at St Asaph Crematorium. Black ties are optional. Family flowers only please but donations will be kindly accepted towards the Cancer Centre at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
