SarahHYNES(Also known as Sadie Chamberlain 10.10.1934 01.01.2022) Fell asleep peacefully in hospital. Much loved wife of Peter. Beloved sister of Joyce. Adored and treasured mum of Mark, Heather, Neil and much loved 'Sarah' to Gary, Mark and Melanie. Mother in law to Mark, Jayne, Karen, Yas, Keith and Denise. Nanna to 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Huge thanks to Allied Health Care, Ward 19, Arrowe Park Hospital and Upton Group Practice. Sarah's funeral will take place at Landican Crematorium, Centre Chapel on Friday 28th January at 2 pm. Family flowers only and donations if required to N.W.
