Derek LeslieJAQUESDerek passed away suddenly at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 89.
Devoted husband to the late Pat; a kind, quiet brother, uncle and gentleman, much loved by his neighbours and friends.
Derek will be sadly missed.
Derek's funeral service takes place at 2 pm on Monday, 23rd June, at Colwyn Bay Crematorium. Family flowers only by request.
