June LaviniaJONESAt rest on Thursday 28th November 2024 whilst at Tall Oaks Care Home, June, aged 96 years of Biddulph.

The beloved and devoted wife of the late Oswald Jones. A cherished mum of Sue, Lynne, Roger and the late Jimmy and Howard, dearest mother-in-law to Ken, Geoff, Trudie, and Lisa, a much-loved gran June and great gran and a very dear friend and neighbour to many.

June will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

The funeral service will take place at St Lawrence's Church, Biddulph, on Thursday 19th December 2024 at 11 am, prior to interment into Biddulph Town Cemetery. Will relatives please accept this, the only intimation, would friends wishing to attend kindly meet for the service.

Floral tributes welcome, or if desired, donations gratefully received to the Dougie Mac Hospice c/o the funeral director.

.Known June since a young boy.
She was a great friend to my mum Eva. Some people even thought that they were sisters and she was always Known as Auntie June.

I am devastated that my beloved Godmother has died. I have so many fond memories of Aunty June and my mum, Eva, having lunch together on Tuesdays each week until my mum died. June and Uncle Ossie were a big part of my childhood. God Bless. Georgina
