RichardMEDLEY OBEDied peacefully at home in Cheltenham on the 21st October 2021, aged 79 years. A much loved father to Stuart, Andrew and Neil, devoted husband to Helen, friend and great colleague to many in a long and distinguished career in the Civil Service. He is deeply missed by his family, for whom he was an ever-present source of support, wisdom and kindness.
