Service will be held at St. John's Church, Kirkheaton on Thursday, December 4th at 1.45 p.m., followed by Committal at Huddersfield Crematorium at 2.45 p.m. Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu if so desired to Kirkwood Hospice and The Forget-me-Not Children's Hospice, for which a box will be available.
