Much loved dad of Andrew, Nicola and Chantal and a special grandad to all of his grandchildren. Tom will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service and cremation will be held at Springwood Crematorium (Rosemary Chapel) on Monday February 25th 2019 at 10.30 am.
