StephenNOLAN(Washington). Hockey. Passed away suddenly on 20th September 2014, aged 53 years, a much loved partner, son, dad, grandad, brother and uncle. Will be deeply missed by all his friends and family. Funeral Service to be held at Saltwell Crematorium on Tuesday 30th September at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the British Heart Foundation may be left in the donation box provided at the service.
