JonPLATTSuddenly but peacefully at Stepping Hill Hospital on Thursday 16th November, Jon aged 59 years. Loved by his wife Janet, his mum Sylvia, his sister Jacqueline, his nephews Glyn and Ian, his step children Fiona Jason and Joshua, and his grandson Kiernan and all friends and extended family.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 12th December at Stockport Crematorium in the Cypress Chapel at 12pm. Family flowers only please, donations may be sent to Francis House Children's Hospice.
