Philip JohnREECEPhilip, aged 82 years, died peacefully in hospital on Tuesday 5th December 2023, following a short illness. Philip lived in Macclesfield for all of his life, spending almost eight decades at his home on Chester Road. In late 2019 he moved to Ashfields Care Home where he lived very contentedly for his final years. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. The funeral will take place on Thursday 11th January at 10.30am at St Alban's Church, Chester Road, Macclesfield. Donations for East Cheshire Hospice may be sent in lieu of flowers.
