Peacefully on 24th January 2025 aged 89 years. John, beloved Husband of the late Ann. Much loved Dad of Katherine & John, Father in Law of David & Lynn. Adored Grandad of Tom & Alice, also a dear Brother of Violet. Funeral service to take place at St. Andrew's & St. Mark's Church Newbiggin on Wednesday 12th February at 10.30am, followed by committal at Cowpen Crematorium, Blyth. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Newbiggin RNLI & Newbiggin Genealogy Project, a collection box will be available at the church. All welcome afterwards for refreshments at the premises of A.J. Gascoigne & Son Hazelwood House, Woodhorn.
