SophiaRUANESophia sadly passed away on 2nd March 2025 aged 94 years. Formerly of Falcarragh, Co. Donegal, Eire.

Sophia will be sadly missed by her daughter Caroline, son Manus, son in law Mick, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

The Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday 3rd April 2025 at Erdington Abbey RC Church at 11:30am followed by the interment at Oscott Cemetery at 1:00pm.

Family flowers only, donations in memory of Sophia may be gifted for all of the nursing home staff who cared for Sophia as you leave Church.

☘️ We watched the beautiful Mass at 11.30 and it was a lovely tribute to dear Sophie. Every word told a story about what a wonderful person she was.

We watched the Service at the Abby Catholic Church, Erdington this morning at 11.30am and it was a real tribute to Sophie.

We offer our sincere sympathy to her loving family. May she now rest in peace waiting for us all to join in our final home. God Bless her.
