SamSENIORApril 3rd, 2017 Aged 75 years. After a short illness, peacefully at home. Wonderful devoted Husband of Elaine and much loved Dad of Karen, Ashley, Bruna and Karen. Loving Brother of Millie, Keith, Val and the late Beryl. A much loved Uncle to all his Nieces and Nephews. Sam will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Southport Crematorium on Wednesday 12th April at 2.00pm.
