PatrickSMITHAddiewell Peacefully, at St. John's Hospital, on 18th October 2015, Pat, aged 81 years, beloved husband to Martha, much loved dad to Paul and Carol, dear family member and friend. Funeral service will take place on Monday 26th October at St. Thomas R.C. Church, Addiewell at 9.30am, thereafter to Hermand Park Cemetery, West Calder to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
