Joan MarySMITHNee Jenkins Peacefully on May 5th at the age of 98. Resident of Middleton Hall, Middleton St. George and previously of Swainby, North Yorkshire. Also previously of High Wycombe and Aberdeen where she had been Almoner at children's hospitals. Much loved stepmother to Barbara and Diana and aunt to Stephen and Simon. Funeral Service takes place at Holy Cross Church, Swainby on Tuesday May 29 at 1.00pm prior to burial into Whorlton Churchyard. No flowers please, donations in lieu can be made to church funds.
