Marshall BarrieSMITHof Urr Road, Dalbeattie. Peacefully at Mountain Hall, Dumfries, on 29 April 2024, Marshall Barrie Smith, aged 78, devoted dad of Kirsty and her partner Jardine, a much loved brother, uncle and cousin, and a friend to many.
Funeral service at Dalbeattie Parish Church, on Wednesday 15 May at 12 noon, and thereafter to Dalbeattie Cemetery. All family and friends are respectfully invited. At Marshall's request, no black clothing, instead the wearing of sports club supporters tops - any club and any sport - would be welcomed.
Donations to Dalbeattie Star Football Club would be welcome in memory of Marshall.
