I am now 70 yrs old and I went to see Ian when I was 10 yrs old at Charles Irvine in Ashby . Ian helped me to get an operation on my eyes when I was about 30 yrs old to correct my eyesight.
I would like to say Ian wrote Letters to my Doctor and Eye Specialist for me and without his help I would never have got anything done.
R.I.P. Ian you served a lot of people with there Eyesight Problems.
Thankyou.

Condolences to Julie, Edward, George and all the members of the family on the sad passing of Ian. Memorable times in Scunthorpe Round Table and those fantastic caravan rallies.

Condolences to the family of Ian. Chatted to him on many occasions when he was at his shop. Was always a pleasure to exchange views, good sense of humour and will be missed.
