We have had to say goodbye after 56 years together and married for 53 of them.
You showed me how to live, love and have fun and I thank you for that.
We went on to have two boys.
Thank you to our son Martin who was with us through your journey, he said his goodbyes to you and gave his love to you.
You loved and enjoyed being a grandad and a great grandad too.
You will always be in our hearts forever.
So, goodbye for now.
