ElsieTAYLORNEE HARPER Passed away peacefully on February 21st 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Elsie aged 93 years. The devoted and dearly loved Wife of the late Fred (At Rest). A much loved and precious Mam to Ann, Fred, Norma and John and a loving Nana, Grandma and Great-Grandma. Also a loving Sister, Mother-in-law and Auntie who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. On Wednesday March 13th Elsie will be received into Blackley Crematorium Chapel for Service at 12.30pm. Floral tributes are most welcome.
