JuneTHOMSONPeacefully at home on 23rd September aged 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Jim. Loving Mum of Janet and Joanne. Dearly loved Mother-in-law of David and a good friend to many. The family would like to thank Dr Martland and the staff at Dalton surgery, the staff of Calderdale Hospital and all at Kirklees Short-Term Care for their help. A celebration of June's life will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium, Fixby on Thursday 13th October at 10:00am. Family flowers only, please. June was a lovely lady. I knew June when she was the Banqueting Manageress at The George Hotel.
We often checked with each other, particularly at Christmas so all parties were covered.
I was a DJ at The George for many years.
