Dear sister of Sarah and sister-in-law of Adam, a much loved auntie of Elliott and Arabella and niece of the late Kevin Cook. Katie will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. Funeral service and committal will take place at Southport Crematorium on Friday 29th April 2016 at 12 noon. Family flowers only by request but the family are gratefully receiving donations in favour of Queenscourt Hospice, Clatterbridge Hospital, The Walton Centre and Clic Sargent.
