Joan Mabel VioletTOTHILLDied suddenly at Derriford Hospital on 11th June aged 89 years. Devoted Wife of Reg (Deceased). Dearest Sister to David (Deceased), Sylvia and Margaret (Deceased). Mother to Anne and Dean, Mother in Law to Dave and Carolyn. Beloved Grandma to Simon and Sally, Lee, Paul and Lesley and Laura. Much loved Great Grandma to Colby, Jack, Alfie and caring Boo Grandma to Jess and Lucy. Funeral service to be held at Weston Mill Crematorium, Ferndale Road, PL2 2EP on Thursday 29th June 2023, at 2:45pm. In lieu of flowers Joan has requested donations directly to St Luke's Hospice, Plymouth, a charity very close to her heart. Sad to hear of Joan’s passing, knew her from early 1970’s as a colleague and friend in the Housing Department, Civic Centre, Plymouth. Kept in touch with her ever since, will miss her. Carolyn Welch.
